Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Double Black. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note the following conditions for returns:

Return Window: 14 days from the delivery date.

Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number on the package.

Ship your return: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
