Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.

Right to Opt-Out

By submitting this request, you are directing Double Black Sport not to sell your Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 (CCPA). This right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information is only available to California residents or individuals properly acting on behalf of a California resident.

What this request means

If you submit this form, Double Black Sport will not be permitted to provide your Personal Information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.  Upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request, Double Black Sport will take steps to ensure that no Personal Information of that individual is sold, as defined by the CCPA.

What this request does not mean

Submitting this form will not delete your Double Black Sport account or purchase history. Double Black Sport will still be permitted to contact you, via email, text or otherwise, based on contact preferences you have previously provided to Double Black Sport Double Black Sport will still be able to market Double Black Sport products to you. Double Black Sport will still be able to provide your Personal Information to service providers performing services on Double Black Sport’s behalf, including but not limited maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of the business or service provider.

You may submit this request by emailing us.  Double Black Sport will only use the information you provide to process your request, including but not limited to corresponding with you regarding the completion of this request and for any other reason contemplated or permitted by the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, Double Black Sport may require the submission of additional documentation prior to fulfilling this request. This request may also be submitted by calling us or contacting us through our website.

Double Black Sport may deny this request if Double Black Sport believes that the request is fraudulent. 

Freedom from Discrimination

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights in this section.

California residents that have an established business relationship with us can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal data we have shared with third parties during the preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.
